Clip Group is not slowing down. It is the ninth warehouse, this time with an area of ​​30.000 sqm, in the area of ​​the Clip Group Logistics Park in Swarzędz. The facility will have an above-standard height – 12 m net.

Currently we have 420.000 sqm of space for rent, located near the A2 motorway and the S5 expressway, which allows for efficient domestic and international transport.

Due to the great interest in logistics services, we see the need to provide our clients with solutions for which we need more space. At the end of this year, in December, another hall number 17 will be ready for rent, with an impressive area of ​​70.000 sqm. The time of the pandemic caused the rapid development of e-commerce, the relocation of supply chains and logistics processes. The vicinity of Poznań enjoys a growing interest of leading global investors and companies looking for modern logistics space for lease, therefore this year we are increasing our park by the total area of ​​our warehouses to 520.000 sqm.
